XINGYUN Non-Profit Volunteer Canada Association is a federally registered non-profit organization and one of the largest Chinese volunteer associations in Canada. Since our founding, we have organized and supported over 800 community events across the country.
Our mission is to connect, empower, and support the Chinese-speaking community in Canada by offering a wide range of volunteer opportunities and resources related to community service, daily life, entertainment, and local information.

About the Role
We’re looking for talented individuals to lead and support our Design Department!
As part of our visual team, you’ll participate in building brand identity, promotional design, and cross-platform visual assets.
Responsibilities (Director):
● Oversee and manage design projects across departments
● Lead brainstorming sessions and assign tasks
● Review deliverables to ensure brand alignment
Responsibilities (Team Member):
● Design graphics for social media, events, and marketing
● Collaborate with other teams (Content, Tech, Media)
● Contribute to brand development and creative direction
