Refund Policy

We aim to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. However, we understand there may be situations where you require a refund.​​​​

1. Resume, Interview & Coaching Services

  • Once a service has been delivered (e.g., resume sent, coaching session completed), it is non-refundable.

  • If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless due to medical or emergency reasons with proof.

2. Event Tickets & Workshops

  • Tickets are non-refundable after purchase.

  • You may request a one-time transfer to another event at least 72 hours in advance.

3. Membership Subscriptions

  • Memberships are non-refundable once the term has started.

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime, and it will not renew for the next cycle.
