About the Role
Ideal for: Individuals familiar with Canadian education and immigration systems,
passionate about helping others
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to understand their needs for the visa, school application, or immigration services
Develop customized study or immigration plans, including program recommendations and timelines
Guide clients in preparing required documentation (e.g., visa forms, study plans, personal statements)
Coordinate with legal partners, school boards, and third-party institutions
Assist with case tracking and prepare content for post-case marketing
Nice to Have:
Prior hands-on experience in study/immigration application workflows
Background in client service, education consulting, or immigration assistance
Requirements
Solid understanding of Canadian visa types, education systems, and document
requirements
Strong communication skills in Chinese and working proficiency in English
Detail-oriented, logical, and service-minded
Experience in study abroad consulting, immigration support, or writing visa
documents is preferred
