About the Role

• Provide customer service to new candidates.

• Book appointment for the Admission Department and engage with student

• Make outbound calls and take inbound calls

• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.

• Ability to self-direct, prioritize and multi-task among competing goals.

• Able to work from 10.00am - 6.00pm Toronto EST time and 5 days a week

• Good Understanding of Sales/Marketing Strategy

• Must have Good English communication skills

Requirements

-1 year working experience in customer service.

-1 year of Sales and marketing experience and College operations

-Good skills in Computer Technology and Microsoft Office Suite applications

-Good skills with Adobe Acrobat PDF editor and modifying document

- Training will be provided.
