About the Role
Responsibilities:
Handle prospective clients and complete the initial consultation + conversion cycle
Collaborate with the academic and advisory teams to recommend tailored study plans
Analyze client needs to improve conversion KPIs
Clients are mainly applying to top schools, ranging from high school to master’s level
Requirements
Experience in sales, study abroad consulting, or education-related client services
Results-driven and capable of building trust effectively
Strong verbal communication with both warmth and professionalism
