About the Role

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Manage WeChat platform: create content, schedule posts, reply to messages, and engage with audience

Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate and manage the owner’s daily schedule

  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally

Marketing Assistance:

  • Contribute to digital marketing efforts (e.g., content ideas, social media campaigns, basic graphics)

  • Assist with CRM system updates and basic customer follow-ups

Reception Duties:

  • Greet visitors and clients

  • Answer general inquiries and maintain front-desk professionalism

Other Tasks:

  • Occasional driving errands as assigned

Requirements

Specific Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)

• Prior experience using WeChat Official Account (posting, replying, content handling)

• Excellent organization and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with marketing and design tools (e.g., Canva, basic CRM software)

• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

• Strong communication skills with professional email and phone manners
