About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily class scheduling and teacher assignments to ensure efficient and well-balanced timetables.

  • Act as a communication bridge between instructors, teaching assistants, and students to resolve issues during the learning process.

  • Monitor student attendance, assignment submission, and course feedback to maintain academic quality.

  • Assist in organizing mock TEF/TCF exams, placement tests, and periodic learning assessments.

  • Maintain and update records for both students and teachers in the administrative system.

  • Collaborate with the academic team to implement teaching plans and report on progress and issues.

  • Support teaching-related services on the online platform, including class reminders, post-class notes, and system notifications.

Expected Salary Range: Starting from $42,000

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Education, Languages, or Administrative Management.

  • Detail-oriented and patient, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Familiarity with academic procedures and knowledge of TEF/TCF exams is a plus.

  • Proficient in office software and learning management systems (LMS).

  • Strong service mindset and communication skills to efficiently support both students and teachers.

  • Prior experience in academic coordination, student affairs, or teaching support is preferred.

  • Comfortable with online working environments and a good team player.
