About the Role
Admission's Coordinator for Career College. Admissions Coordinator (Co-op placement)
will promote and sell the programs of the college to potential students to meet or exceed
the enrollment targets for the College.
Responsibilities:
● Helping Candidates to complete OSAP estimate and application for admission.
● Completing enrollment of new students.
● Following-up on potential leads and providing updates to students as
appropriate.
● Maintaining records to contribute to the administrative functions of the campus.
● Ensuring all student documents and files are complete
● Involve in student services activities (i.e. leads, appointments, interviews,
enrollment).
● Planning and participating on-campus events such as Open Houses,
Info-Sessions, Workshop.
Requirements
● Working knowledge of Computer and MS Office including Word, Excel and
Outlook.
● Good knowledge of OSAP
● Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
● Effectively communicate and interact with all individuals with integrity, empathy
and sincerity.
● Proven self-starter and problem solver.
● A positive attitude and customer focused approach.
● Ability to act with tact, good judgment, and discretion.
