About the Role
Job Description:
We’re looking for a driven and persuasive Business Development Associate to accelerate our sales pipeline and help bring Maxperr’s EV charging and energy solutions to new markets.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new B2B opportunities (auto dealerships, malls, fleets, municipalities)
Pitch Maxperr’s EV charging products and services to prospective clients
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and coordinate demos
Follow up with leads, close deals, and maintain CRM records
Support participation in trade shows and exhibitions
Experience Required: 1–3 years

Requirements
⦁ 1–3 years of experience in sales, BD, or technical account management
⦁ Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
⦁ Familiarity with clean tech, EV, or electrical hardware sales is preferred
⦁ CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
