About the Role
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in and online customers
Present vehicles and explain features and financing options
Follow up with leads and build customer relationships
Help customers through the buying process
Maintain listings and coordinate test drives
Work toward monthly sales targets
Salary:
Base + Commission (Expected range: $50,000–$90,000/year depending on performance)

Requirements:
Sales experience preferred (automotive or retail)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of vehicles
Fluent in English (Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset)
