About the Role
Job Responsibilities o Provide professional counseling services: Conduct psychological assessments and therapy for individuals, families, or groups, helping clients with anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, trauma, addiction, etc.
Develop personalized treatment plans: Tailor treatment plans according to client needs, regularly evaluating progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
Maintain professional ethics: Strictly adhere to ethical standards, ensuring client privacy and confidentiality.
Cross-cultural sensitivity: Understand and respect clients from different cultural backgrounds, especially the mental health needs of the Chinese community.
Team collaboration: Work with other therapists, administrative staff, and relevant institutions to ensure optimal mental health support.
Continuous learning and growth: Participate in regular professional training and supervision to continuously enhance expertise and service quality.
