About the Role
Responsibilities:
Provide professional course consultation based on students’ language levels and goals, and customize personalized study plans.
Answer questions regarding TEF/TCF exams, course schedules, and learning pathways to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Follow up with prospective students via phone, WeChat, and other channels to drive course enrollments.
Maintain relationships with current students to encourage renewals and referrals, enhancing brand reputation and retention.
Collaborate with the teaching team to communicate student feedback and suggestions, contributing to continuous improvement of course offerings and services.
Participate in institutional marketing and recruitment events, both online and offline.
Expected Salary Range: Starting from $45,000 + Commission

Requirements
Requirements:
Associate degree or above, preferably in Education, Languages, or Marketing-related fields.
Excellent communication skills in Mandarin; strong listening and guidance capabilities.
Prior experience in the education or training industry preferred; familiarity with TEF/TCF exams or French learning is a strong asset.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable courses accordingly.
Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently to meet performance targets.
Proficient in office software (e.g., Excel, Word, CRM systems) and comfortable working in an online environment.
Strong customer service mindset and a collaborative team player.
