About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver personalized academic pathway consultations, analyze client backgrounds,
and design customized study abroad strategies (focus: U.S./Canada undergraduate
programs; secondary focus: graduate studies). Achieve monthly enrollment targets
through tailored solutions.
● Research and stay updated on university-specific admissions criteria and policies.
Guide clients in selecting institutions aligned with their goals.
● Manage end-to-end admissions processes, including strategic planning, application
oversight, standardized test coordination, competition/portfolio coaching, and
holistic profile development.
● Facilitate school visits and maintain proactive communication with institutional
advisors to ensure client alignment.
● Provide ongoing support to enrolled students, including exam scheduling, course
selection, extracurricular recommendations, and document preparation. Regularly
update clients on admission trends and application materials.
● Collaborate on team initiatives such as monthly webinars, social media campaigns
(e.g., Xiaohongshu), and live Q&A sessions to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
● Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 1 year of experience in international education or related fields.
● In-depth knowledge of the Canadian high school system and familiarity with U.S./Canada university admissions processes (hands-on experience preferred).
● Exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and adaptability to dynamic client
needs.
● Team-oriented mindset with resilience under pressure, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach.
