About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team, focusing mainly on new installations of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the proper installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings, and ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry standards and local building codes. EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (2+ years preferred)
LANGUAGE
• Good command of written and spoken English (required) • Second Language an asset

Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and other related components, according to specifications and local codes.
• Review job site conditions and prepare work areas to ensure safe and efficient installations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation manuals. • Ensure proper startup and testing of installed systems.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure smooth job completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite and follow company policies and procedures.
• Document installation details, materials used, and any issues encountered.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding system features, operation, and maintenance requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE at all times.
• Stay current on new equipment, installation techniques, and industry standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC system installations (residential or light commercial preferred).
• Valid Gas Technician 2 (G2) license; G1 an asset.
• ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention) certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Physically fit and able to work in various conditions (heights, tight spaces, outdoor environments).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
