About the Role
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Expansion
Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities in new markets (geographic or demographic).
Assist in developing localized marketing strategies to drive customer
acquisition.
Support partnerships with distributors, agencies, or influencers to expand brand reach.
2. New Media Operations
Collaborate with the digital team to execute social media campaigns (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor trends on emerging platforms (e.g., short video, livestreaming) and propose adoption strategies.
Analyze campaign metrics (engagement, conversion) and optimize content accordingly.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
Liaise between sales, product, and creative teams to align market expansion goals.
Prepare reports/presentations to communicate growth insights to stakeholders.
