About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Operations Intern to support our
day-to-day marketing and business development activities. This role offers an exciting
opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of marketing—from content
creation and campaign management to customer engagement and sales support. You’ll
work closely with our team to help execute digital marketing initiatives and support
operational tasks that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research: Conduct competitive and audience research to support marketing strategy and content planning.
Email Marketing: Assist with building, scheduling, and reporting on email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.); track performance metrics.
Google Ads: Help with keyword research, campaign setup, and performance monitoring for paid search advertising.
Website Operations: Update web content, ensure pages are current and SEO-optimized, and assist with backend tasks as needed.
Content Creation: Design event banners, posters, and social graphics; draft blog posts, marketing copy, and promotional text.
Sales & Customer Support: Provide basic customer service via email/chat; support cold outreach initiatives and lead generation efforts.

Requirements
What You Need to Succeed
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
A keen interest in digital marketing, content creation, and sales strategy.
Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Ads, Mailchimp (or similar), and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or Wix).
Comfortable using social media platforms in a professional context.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
