About the Role

● Drive business development initiatives and enhance customer retention across North

America.

● Align targets and success metrics for International Supply Chain Business Development

within the country.

● Develop a clear pricing strategy to augment profitability but consistently strengthens our

brand with our customers; both current and target

● Develop pricing as one national team that leverages specific knowledge of geography,

commodity, etc., to build knowledge across the entire group that can support each other

● Build positive and professional relationships with vendors and overseas offices that

support the goals of the national pricing team

● Collaboratively develop a national pricing process that is transparent to stakeholders

with a continued review for process improvement

● Establish clear and realistic expectations and goals for your team that can be accurately

measured

● Ensure compliance with internal working instructions and Identify problems in the

processes/systems and take necessary corrective actions

● Collaborate with the CTS Sales network to identify, qualify, prioritize, support, and win

new client opportunities.

● Assist with Request for Quotation responses for assigned strategic customers.

● Support new service development opportunities by providing feedback to the global

International Supply Chain team.

● Act as the International Supply Chain sponsor for new business awards to ensure the

realization of sold solutions.

● Ensure International Supply Chain clients receive clear value propositions.

● Centralize and share best practices across the organization.


Expected Salary Range: 80,000

Requirements

● Bachelor's in the Freight forwarding, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation industry experience is required.

● At least 10 years of experience in in the Freight forwarding, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation industry experience is required.

● Managerial experience of operational department preferred

● Proven expertise in strategy planning and execution, product/service development and management, supply chain management, and customer service excellence, complemented by excellent analytical, communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

● Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and promote collaboration among relevant teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

● Solicit our client’s services which include Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Ocean Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage
