About the Role

Job Description:

Maxperr Energy is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Operations Associate to support our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about sustainable energy.


Responsibilities:

⦁Assist with procurement, logistics, and order fulfillment

⦁Coordinate with manufacturing and service partners

⦁Maintain internal documentation and process tracking

⦁Support grant, regulatory, and compliance filing

⦁Streamline internal workflows and partner onboarding


Experience Required: 1–3 years

Department: Corporate Operations

Requirements

⦁ 1–3 years of experience in corporate operations or business administration

⦁ Strong Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, and documentation skills

⦁ Excellent organizational and communication skills

⦁ Knowledge of EV infrastructure or hardware logistics is a plus
