About the Role
● This role is expected to develop into a managerial position after successful
training
● Post-secondary education or certification in culinary arts, hotel management, or
hospitality is preferred
● Mandatory on-the-job training (minimum 6 months) with rotation across various
front-line restaurant roles
● Fresh graduates with previous restaurant experience are encouraged to apply
● Prior team lead experience in food service and a strong work ethic are highly
valued
● Willingness to travel internationally may be required after training
● Ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in the food & beverage
industry
