Requirements
What you bring to the table:
• 5+ years of experience in product management within the payments, fintech, or
banking industry.
• Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, payment processing, POS systems,
online payments, and industry regulations.
• Experience in managing channel partnerships and merchant engagement
strategies.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations,
compliance, and marketing teams.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile, Scrum, or
other project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of payment technologies, including APIs, SDKs, and integration
frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in fintech startups or high-growth payment businesses.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, PSD2, AML, etc.).
• Technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
related fields, or experience working closely with development teams.
