About the Role
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections and supervise maintenance of managed properties
• Coordinate services such as cleaning, repairs, lawn care, snow removal, and furniture purchase/installation
• Assist with communication and coordination between tenants and landlords; handle day-to-day matters
• Support company scheduling, perform on-site checks, and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed
Expected Salary Range:
Starting at approximately $16.55/hour, final rate negotiable based on experience and skill set

Requirements
Specific Requirements:
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of strong coordination and execution
• Able to work flexible hours with a strong sense of responsibility
• Basic English communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and landlords
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Experience in property management or related fields is preferred
