About the Role
What You’ll Do:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
Conduct market research, showings, and open houses
Negotiate offers and close deals
Maintain CRM and follow up with leads
Stay current with market trends and licensing requirements

Requirements
Requirements:
● Must hold a valid Ontario real estate license (RECO)
● Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
● Fluent in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus)
● Able to work independently and as part of a team
