About the Role

THE OPPORTUNITY  

We are seeking several results-driven Service Enrollment Agents to represent Constant  Home Comfort in the field. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for both  commercial and residential clients: conducting on-site visits, enrolling them in our free  maintenance program, and identifying energy efficiency needs. This is a high-impact,  client-facing position with opportunities to grow.  You will be the right fit if:

WORK SCHEDULE

EXPERIENCE  

• Customer-Oriented and Confident, Out-Going, Energetic and Positive.  

• Previous Experience in Home Improvement, Reno and/or Construction preferred.  


LANGUAGE  

• Good command of written and spoken English (required)  • Second Language an asset

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visiting commercial establishments within assigned territories to promote our free maintenance services to qualified clients.

• Present tailored solutions by identifying customer needs and preparing proposals and quotations accordingly.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term growth.

• Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and enrollment process.

• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, message, or in person to close sales and maintain engagement.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and enrollment status.

• Collaborate with management to set sales goals, track metrics, and identify new business opportunities.

• Communicate effectively with Team Lead, management, coworkers, and clients across various channels (phone, email, message, or in person).

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay current on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.

• Continuously improve product knowledge and client engagement skills through ongoing training and development.

• Support business development by reporting market feedback and growth opportunities.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead or Management.


QUALIFICATION

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship building.

• Strong people skills with the ability to engage and communicate confidently.

• Willingness to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.

• Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfort using email, online tools, and mobile communication apps.

• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (field travel required).
