About the Role

Job Responsibilities

Plan and host recruitment presentations to introduce the school’s educational

philosophy, curriculum, and unique programs to parents and students.


Develop and manage online interactive content such as live webinars, student

Q&A chat rooms, and registration pages.


Represent the school at education fairs, open houses, and community events to

increase brand awareness.


Provide one-on-one consultations to prospective students and parents,

addressing questions about courses, application procedures, and admission

requirements.


Maintain ongoing communication with applicants through phone calls, emails,

and face-to-face meetings.


Assist in creating recruitment marketing materials, including brochures and

admission guides.


Establish and maintain partnerships with local elementary and secondary

schools, educational consultants, and community organizations.


Gather and analyze feedback from parents and students to offer suggestions for

improving recruitment strategies.


Expected Salary Range: $36,000 - $50,000

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Education, Public Relations, Marketing,

    Communications, or a related field.

  • Candidates without a relevant degree but with equivalent experience in

    educational institutions may also be considered.

  • At least one year of relevant work experience, such as student recruitment,

    marketing, customer service, or public relations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English,

    with public speaking abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.

  • Strong time management and project execution skills, able to stay organized in a

    fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented, logical thinker, skilled in problem analysis and solution

    development.

  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
