About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor students’ learning progress and create personalized follow-up plans to help them achieve their goals.

  • Communicate regularly with students via WeChat, phone, email, etc., offering study tips, support, and motivation.

  • Analyze data on attendance, assignments, and assessments to identify learning issues and coordinate with the academic team.

  • Help resolve student concerns related to learning, scheduling, or platform usage to improve satisfaction.

  • Motivate students to stay engaged and improve course completion and exam pass rates.

  • Contribute to student retention strategies such as renewals and referrals to maximize student lifetime value.

  • Gather student feedback and assist in refining learning processes and improving service quality.

Expected Salary Range: Starting from $42,000

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Education, Psychology, or Customer Success-related fields.

  • Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills to build trust-based relationships with students.

  • Familiarity with academic or customer support workflows; experience as a learning advisor, class supervisor, or user success manager is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented with analytical thinking; capable of interpreting learning data to identify issues and suggest improvements.

  • Resilient under pressure and skilled in time management, able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

  • Proficient in using CRM systems, e-learning platforms, and office tools.

  • Passionate about education, service-driven, and committed to supporting students in their journey.
