psychotherapists and social workers who offer psychological support in various areas,
including anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, and addiction treatment.

offering services in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English to ensure clients can express

About the Role

Job Responsibilities 

  • Project coordination: Organize and manage online seminars, workshops, and cultural exchange activities related to mental health education. Handle scheduling, registration, promotion, and communication with partner organizations. 

  • Intake screening: Assist in welcoming new clients, collecting basic information, conducting preliminary needs assessments, and providing appropriate resources or referral suggestions. Ensure intake process confidentiality and ethical compliance. 

  • Participant interaction: Serve as a point of contact for participants, providing necessary information and support. Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for international students, seniors, and families. 

  • Content creation: Assist in developing mental health education materials such as presentations, newsletters, and event manuals. Contribute to writing community-based mental health tips and resources. 

  • Event assistance: Help facilitate group discussions and activities, encouraging active participation. Provide technical support for online events (e.g., Zoom meeting management). 

  • Administrative support: Maintain attendance records, feedback data, and project outcomes. Compile event summary reports and evaluate effectiveness.

Requirements

Specific Requirements

  • Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).

  • Interest in psychology, mental health, or social services.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse groups.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online tools (Zoom, Google Workspace).
